About Celline
I help mortgage processors recognize their professional value, explore independence, and prepare for the business side of contract processing.
My experience spans the mortgage process—from origination to closing. I’ve originated and processed loans, led sales and processing teams, and founded a processing company. Working across different company models, systems, and lending channels has shaped how I work and how I guide others.
I understand that knowing how to process a loan doesn’t automatically mean you feel prepared to run a business. Setting fees, building broker relationships, managing income, and knowing where to turn for help can feel overwhelming.
Through my coaching and resources at cellineiglesias.com, I help processors work through those questions, understand their numbers, define their services, and create practical next steps.
Whether you’re considering independence or already working as a contract processor and need direction, my approach is grounded in education, meaningful service, and honest conversations.
You bring the processing experience. Let’s build on it.
Before You Go Independent shows you which questions you can already answer, and which ones you can't yet.
